"Terrible service. Not sure what they were doing there, but they weren't cutting hair. Waited 30 minutes. Only 1 person ahead of me. All three stylists were hanging out in the back room. Finally I had to just walk out."

"Nice place, nice staff but poor execution. I don't like to sign up with my email and number for a haircut, and that's the first thing you have to do when you walk in. Lady working there explained the procedure and she was really nice. I entered my info and she directed me straight to the chair. I explained what I want, she understood and confirmed, everything was over in 4 minutes and it looked decent from a far. It usually takes ~30 minutes, there should be more work involved. But not in this place. And the result is not so good when you take a second look. Edges are not properly done, transition from side to top is crooked and looks like amateur did it. I usually go to barbers once a month, after this 4-minutes-20-bucks haircut I will have to go after 2 weeks. I'm too cheap to go to another place for correction, and don't want to go back because if she knew better she will do it, so next time next barber shop. This place is good if you live close, and in a hurry for a haircut because you're leaving the country in 2 hours and you look like a Chewbacca a want to look a bit decent, or if you have good hair and want to make it all really short with the clipper (but then you can do it yourself, you'll not need a barber). But if they start charging 5 or max 10 bucks for a haircut then they could see me again."

"Sport clips Mt laurel is the best salon for hair cut , specially if you looking for professional stylist, I usually cut my hair and my kids there with Melinda and she did great hair cuts to me and my kids and she is one of the best stylist and I strongly recommend her , I live in Moorestown but I prefer go to Mt laurel sport clips in stead of Moorestown cause they are more professional"

"My son and I have been here quite a few times for haircuts and service is typically okay. The quality of the haircuts vary as with any place you go.
We were in one night a bit around 6:30 and it was busy so we they told us it was a 90 minute wait. We put our name in and went home and came back at 7:40 but they were closed even though they are supposed to close at 8 and told us to come back. They were still in the store, saw us coming towards the door and instead of coming to explain why they closed early, they went in the back room. A different salon was able to finish the haircut in less than 15 minutes so they would have been done before the official closing time of 8."

"Was in to get the boy a haircut. We got there and there was only one person waiting. When we "checked in" at the computer, it said the wait time was 80-something minutes. Then we noticed the big tv screen listing six names of people that weren't even there. One of the two girls working asked if we checked in online, and of course, no.
I can understand the convenience of doing it online, but if someone is there before them, they should be pushed back in the queue. We left after waiting 30 minutes."
